The Steam Plant Lofts is yet another Toronto condo loft building under construction at the moment, located in a converted steam generation plant built in the 1950s.The Steam Plant is the third phase of development at this site, with just 29 loft apartments in the building. The location near Wellesley and Jarvis (map) is in the middle of a rather run down neighbourhood, but with a lot of new development going on in the vicinity that may change.
