The Sixty Loft development will be made up of two buildings, 60 Bathurst containing 142 loft condos and 60 Niagara housing 30 more exclusive (read expensive) loft condos.

The location of the development at Bathurst and Wellington (map) is convenient for downtown, though perhaps a little barren for some tastes.

The prices look reasonable (at least for these crazy real estate times) ranging from $163k for a 450 sq. ft loft up to $680k for 1,700 ft, in the cheaper 60 Bathurst building.
