This is old news, but I found it interesting. According to this story in the Star, the company developing the project, Landmark, have bought 400 art pieces from local Queen west galleries. The plan is to offer a piece of art to each buyer as an incentive. more…

There’s lots of information online about lofts in Toronto, but much of it is the vague ‘delightful building’ and ‘lows $300 per foot’ type. For getting a good idea on what’s available and what it costs Craigslist, the free listings site, has lots of relevant listings in it’s real estate section with prices and often photos.
