And here’s another pricelist, this time for the Toy Factory Lofts in Liberty Village. Not cheap these ones, but that seems to be the pattern for a true ‘hard loft’ conversion of an existing building.

The Bohemian Embassy is a new development in the Queen West traingle area of Toronto. Here are some photos from a recent visit to the model suite.

Steam Plant Lofts intro

The Steam Plant Lofts is yet another Toronto condo loft building under construction at the moment, located in a converted steam generation plant built in the 1950s.The Steam Plant is the third phase of development at this site, with just 29 loft apartments in the building. The location near Wellesley and Jarvis (map) is in the middle of a rather run down neighbourhood, but with a lot of new development going on in the vicinity that may change.

Sixty Lofts intro and price list

The Sixty Loft development will be made up of two buildings, 60 Bathurst containing 142 loft condos and 60 Niagara housing 30 more exclusive (read expensive) loft condos.

The location of the development at Bathurst and Wellington (map) is convenient for downtown, though perhaps a little barren for some tastes.

The prices look reasonable (at least for these crazy real estate times) ranging from $163k for a 450 sq. ft loft up to $680k for 1,700 ft, in the cheaper 60 Bathurst building. You can see the complete price list for Sixty Loft on the official website, or I’ve copied the current list for the 60 Bathrst building below.
